Designed and printed leasing books for various Triovest properties across Canada. These books were used to promote properties with vacant units and provide prospective tenants with all of the information required. A template was designed using Triovest's established branding and integrating text and imagery in a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing way. Along with the design of the books, Trifold photographed the properties and the images were featured in the books as well as used in other marketing materials and websites.
